AMOA, IT project advisory

Choose business software you won't regret once the contract is signed

Requirements framing, specifications, a trial before purchase, supplier coordination. We sell none of the solutions compared: the decision stays yours, made on facts rather than on a demo.

In practice, we step in when

  • nobody in-house can assess the proposals you have received on technical grounds
  • a multi-year software or telephony contract is on the table
  • a tool already in place was chosen on a demo and is now costing you in workarounds

Choosing a business tool means arbitrating between proposals you aren't equipped to compare technically, on real-world usage the demo never shows, with a budget that shifts once the add-ons surface after signature.

And the only people available to advise you are the ones selling the solution, or the integrator paid to deploy it. Nobody in the room is paid to defend your interests.

And once the wrong choice is made, you don't start over the next day. The contract runs for another two or three years, the team works around the tool, and the recovery needs a second budget nobody had set aside.

Already have a proposal on the table? We can look at it together, 30 min, no commitment

What we take off your hands

Requirements framing and technical specifications

You go into the selection process with a document stating what you need, not with the vendor's brochure. You avoid buying a solution that is oversized, or unsuited to your volume of activity.

Real-world trials before you buy

Telephony, business software: the solution is tested against your case before you sign, not discovered in production.

Support in selecting and rolling out third-party tools

Ticketing, business applications: you compare on criteria that are yours, and the tool you pick is genuinely put into service.

Integrator monitoring and coordination

You don't arbitrate between a vendor and an integrator passing responsibility back and forth: someone does it for you, on your side.

A direct path into managed services

Once the tool is chosen, bringing it under monitoring is the continuation of the same engagement, not a new project to restart from scratch with another provider.

How it works

The process follows our method, with a third stage that belongs to you: we don't ask you to trust a sales demo, we test.

01

Audit

What your team actually does today, with which tools and which workarounds. That reality is what the future tool has to cover, not the org chart.

02

Action plan

The technical specifications and the comparison grid for candidates, built on your criteria. You know what you're arbitrating on before the first sales proposal lands.

03

Deployment

Consultation with vendors and integrators, a real-world trial where the stakes justify it, then coordination of the rollout. You sign after the trial, not before.

04

Ongoing support

The tool is brought under monitoring, or we stay between you and the integrator until things stabilise.

See our method in detail

We resell none of the solutions we help you choose and we take no vendor commission: nobody pays us to steer your decision. And since the chosen tool then comes under our supervision, we have every reason to get the choice right.

Written into every proposal
The absence of vendor commission is stated in black and white in the proposal you sign.
A written summary after the first call
The 30-minute diagnostic ends with a written summary you keep, even if you decide not to go further.

What we are often asked

How much does it cost?

The first 30-minute conversation costs nothing and ends with a written summary. If you want to go further, the engagement is quoted, depending on the number of solutions to compare and whether a trial is involved. We receive nothing from vendors, so the quote is our only income.

How long does it take?

Mostly it depends on how many candidates there are to compare and how far the trial goes. The timeline is set during framing, before a single vendor is consulted, and you sign nothing until the trial has answered your questions.

From what project size is it worth it?

From the moment the tool commits your business: a multi-year contract, several workstations depending on it, or data to migrate. For a monthly subscription you can cancel, it isn't necessary, and we will tell you so in the first conversation.
